Since 2005, Cambodian Thai Restaurant has been South Bend’s must-visit spot to sample spectacular Asian cuisine. If you crave a flavor-packed Thai curry, you’ll find several options on the menu, including a catfish curry featuring pan-fried catfish with bamboo shoots, basil, and eggplant. Soups reflect an alchemy of ingredients, such as coconut chicken, wontons, and tofu.

Imaginative salad offerings abound in Cambodian Thai’s repertoire. The lotus salad, in particular, blends steamed lotus, vegetables, crispy peanuts, and shrimp in a delightful and refreshing creation.

Steamed and deep-fried whole tilapia or red snapper pack the palate with flavor, from homemade fish and soy sauces accented with ingredients such as fresh ginger, onions, cucumber, lettuce, and tomatoes.
