Attorney Herbert I. Shaps was a Felony Deputy Prosecuting Attorney from 1976 through 1979. He now concentrates his practice in Criminal Defense, which has included more than 290 Criminal Defense trials of which 70 have been murder trials. He has been involved in every kind of felony and misdemeanor case. He also practices in Family Law, Paternity Law, and CHINS matters.
